Oral presentation instructions
The presentations will be held in Romanian or English. It is recommended to have your power point slides made in English, for there will be at least 10 invited speakers from abroad.
The author(s) will retain Intellectual Property of their presentation which will not be used without permission.
We recommend you hand over your paper at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of your presentation at the Speakers Secretariat or directly in the presentation hall during lunch or coffee breaks.
Technical specifications:
- Please make sure you have your presentation with you on a portable data storage disk or device: USB flash drive, CD, DVD, external HDD or SSD and if possible keep a copy of your presentation on your e-mail as well;
- Accepted Power Point versions are: ’97, 2000,2003, XP, 2007 and 2010;
- Save your document with the .ppt or .pptx extension;
- All files of the presentation must be saved in the same folder (All files of the presentation must be saved in the same folder on your portable data storage disk or device);
- Do not use password locked files or folders;
- Please use common fonts: Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri etc;
- If you use Powerpoint.Mac or Keynote, please export your presentation as .ppt for Windows or bring your own MacBook with video projector adapter for your presentation.
E-poster presentation instructions
All poster presentations will be made respecting the instructions below and will be sent via e-mail to erika.lapusan@palomatours.com no later than March 12, 2022.
- The poster will be made in electronic format only using .ppt or .pptx extension (Microsoft Office PowerPoint)
- Landscape orientation;
- Power Point format (1 slide 16:9/presentation);
- Fonts to use: Arial, Tahoma or Times New Roman; title size 20, text size 12, one line spacing;
- You can insert images, tables or figures with the appropriate resolution;
- You can not insert video/audio;
- The e-posters will be made in English only;
- The PowerPoint presentation will have a single slide;
- The e-posters will be running on the virtual platform during the whole period of the conference, in the designated area.
The best posters will be awarded Saturday during the Closing Ceremony.
